I get it — I’ve been there, and trust me, it starts out as a pretty uncomfortable experience mentally, physically, and for many including myself, emotionally tough to let go of the sugar and white flour romance. When we’re in the thick of our binge eating and consuming sugar and flour, the notion of ever being able to know exactly how to stop sugar cravings seems ludicrous. As a self-proclaimed chocolate addict, I know this works because I decided to give it a try one day when I was sick and tired of the constant sugar cravings and the need for more and more sugar content each time.
