Rachel is passionate about helping you become your best self. She prides herself on being radically genuine and she uses open and honest communication and encourages her clients to do the same. Rachel uses creativity and a sense of humor to re-frame difficult situations into challenges you can handle.

Rachel has a Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. While there, she completed the intensive training program in DBT Rachel’s favorite aspect of DBT is the skills: they’re great life skills and everyone can benefit from them!

Rachel is all about the Beacon “magic.” She believes that change can be uncomfortable and requires courage, and she also understands that change is worth it to build a better life.
